Subject: Order #111455064 FX missing files.

I bought Mega FX on the above mentioned order and there are 3 obj files (square, singlesquare, & box)  that were not there.  The product doesn't work for me.  Have emailed the Vendor, but so far no reply.  Can someone please help me?

When did you contact the vendor? We ask that you allow 48 to 72 hours for a response.

If you do not receive one in that timeframe, please email store@renderosity.com

Okay but please contact the store email address if you don't get a response within the timeframe.  Not sure what country the vendor is in but in case its the US please remember this is a holiday weekend for US:)
