Hi there, as part of my order:-

I bought the faerie & fantasy: 50 vue 6 terrains without realising that they cannot be loaded in Vue 6 Easel as they are not .VOB files.

I have tried to get in touch with the vendor, kore21, without a respopnse. Could you please issue a refund for me on this one item from the order** .
The above was originally posted in the MarketPlace Customer Support forum on September the 5th. It is now the 9th and after looking at my Sent mail option I have noticed that my email to kore21 has still to be read.

Bit of an error on the date, that should have read that today is the 8th.

Just a little comment. If the store allows 3 business days for a vendor to reply to a refund request, and the store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, why should I have to wait for the start of a so called business week?
kore21 has still not read my request as I keep checking on the Sent Mail option.
The origonal request was sent on September 5th, it is now the 9th. To me that is 4 business days, weekends should not apply to a 24 hour, 7 daya a week store.
