Subject: Unable to Download Purchased Product

I've just purchased Mask's Merchnt Resource No 3 and have been unable to download it.

After a single attempt, it delivered a corrupted file, and when I try to download it again it says I have "exceeded the allowable number of download."

Please reset this!

I have reset your downloads so you can try again.

Please disable any downlaod accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.
