anyone know of some good, somewhat realistic skin shaders?

there are some descent ones here at www.superbadgirl.com/downloads.htm they look pretty good although i havent used them in a while

There are a bunch of decent ones over at runtimedna.com . The ones I use most are the V3 shaders here:
