First I am using a Mac OS 10.4 Tiger.   I have been trying to make clothes for poser figure M3. I’m using Cheetah3D for modeling and OBJ2Cr2(first) as well as WardrobeWizzard 2 (to fit) . (PhilC) I’m having some problems (in Poser7) due to my confusion, I have read docs and some tutorials.   Here is one question why do I have the messed up shirt after posing. and what is the problem with the texture on the pants legs? The template uv’s are not showing in the final texture.( I did the uv template in Cheetah3D.)   Well that’s enough questions for now my brain hurts.LOL.

ahh the power of copy/paste :)

If the shirt is not folding as you would like it then you'll need to adjust the joint parameters. Included in the OBJ2CR2 help files is an on screen video tutorial on joint parameters.

The pants need more polygons. Poser does not play nice with lots of long thin faces.

Here is what I recommend, try setting the smooth dial to one and see if that helps your issue with the shirt, as for the pants, try going into the the mat room and check normals face forward and see if the issue is fixed.

As for the UV Map, very bad mapping done by this program, I don't know if UVMapper has a MAC version but you need to get that map fixed.
