Hello Every one, I am getting tiny white dots in my renders. I get them in hair props and MATs for various clothing items. I've attached an example render. Hopefully you can see them

Also, can someone direct me to a tutorial on using BUMP. I have rendered a couple of dresses and the render looks "flat" I'd like to add "bumpiness" for a more realistic look on fabric.

I am using P5

R I P MJ. He's must have needed an Angel escort in Farrah

Please spay and neuter your pets. Strongly consider shelter adoption before spending $500 to $1000. If you MUST part with that kind of money for a pet, go to your local shelter, donate the money to them and pickup a highly adoptable pet. The shelters could sure use the donation.

If you mean dots along the edges that may require antialiasing.

How to make a bump:  Do this: Jan

There are other ways of making a bump: for example instead of  connecting your image node to the bump channel like above, you can use a 3D node (there are 10 of those puppies with subnodes under each, just click on the bump channe little male plug and pass your cursor over the node that appears, more nodes open up including the 3D one, pass the cursor over that one and you get the 10 puppies, pass the cursor over one of them and select a node that looks interesting, click on it.  Jan
