Hi.. I have had 2 problems the last couple of days when i use the instore credit...

First i bought "PC's Jewelry for V4" Order#: 111515868 and it also registered it as Order#: 111515869 and took 8.46 dollar twice from my instore credit...

Today i bough Dimension 3D's "Binary Morph Editor" Order#: 111519653 and it took the 16 dollar from my instore credit, and it also took my instore creit for 16 dollar more in Order#: 111519654

so now it has charged me for 24,46 dollar extra total for those orders... How can i get those money back??

Hi Marina,

I've corrected that for you and put the duplicate charges back in your instore credit.

When checking out, please be sure that you don't hit the back button, because that is what causes this problem :)
