FYI, since you wrote it twice in two threads, I thought I'd point out that the word you want is "phoneme" not "phenome".
Just in case you were trying to find threads on the subject, it might make a difference in your ability to search for topics related to phonemes.
A phenome represents the sum total of all phenotypes expressed in an individual.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
When making morphs, I found it useful to make the most dramatic changes to the geometry in Modo and then smooth things out in Zbrush. With Zbrush alone, you could use the hook tool with symmetry and then pull things back into shape and smooth areas to get rid of the distortions. If you dropped to a lower level of subdivision as the first step, you might be able to make transformations to the lips region with greater ease.

For example take this model for example. What would be the best way to close the mouth?
or move the mouth into an O?
Anyone know how to use ZBrush successfullly to make mouth morphs? I mean look what it does to the face when I try to movie it around.
