I got today twice an old ticket back from 02/11/8. It's a glitch in ticket system.

I just posted a thread about this myself...was wondering whats going on over there. I have heard people here complaining here for years about there crappy service, never had iisues till today when i got an email from back in July :D
Glad i am not the only one. I feel so much better now about the company i have grown so fond of :P

On a slightly different note - I submitted a software generated ticket yesterday after a crash.
I got an immediate automated response -
"Maybe your problem (Crash in terrain editor) has been resolved with the latest beta update of Vue 7 Infinite. E-on software suggests you download it to increase efficiency of your Vue experience.
**Last Beta: Vue 7 Infinite 7.21 - Build 39290"
**Also find it odd that I can't find the beta listed on the site but I had a download link in the response email.
I did download and install, but it still crashed when I recreated what caused it earlier.....

I suspect that their system sent reminder notices about open and unresolved tickets, in an attempt to see if they were still valid and close them.
I have also had the message warning me of the new beta after opening a ticket yesterday, but given the list of corrections, I do not think it will solve my problem.

Well I am glad it isn't just me, had about 32 come through the other day, I thought someone was accessing my account, and changed my passwords etc. Obviously doesnt seem to be that way now.

I had four emails from eon this morning relating to support issues (product purchase issues, not technical problems) from last year. They're not new ones, I received the emails at the time, but they've re-sent them. Presumably a screw-up at eon. but I wondered if anyone else has had repeats of their emails too? I see someone has posted over on the eon forums about the same problem.
