For some reason, and this just started today, V4 breaks up at the joints when I pose her. Anyone else have this happen? And if so is there a workaround for it? IK is off and I can't think of any other reason for it. Oh and although she looks nude on the top she does have a skin from dm on.

That is weird!  Did you do anything special before posing her?  Did you try restarting Poser/your system?

Does this happen with every CR2? Does this happen with the DAZ-installed original CR2?  Does this happen when you stop/restart Poser? If you are in the Poser 8 beta program, is this a machine on which Poser 8 is co-installed?

If it just started, most likely culprit is video card / Open GL problems.
I recall Windows ran an automatic update a couple of days ago,
and those updates often screw up video drivers.

One more question, does this happen with all poses, e.g. the DAZ default ones supplied with V4?

Check to see if "Bend Body Parts" is disabled for some reason.

Little_Dragon nailed it.  Thanks all for the suggestions, much appreciated!
