Just one frame pose, is there a button you can just click to mirror it so that for example if a character  is raising his left foot forward and left fist up, it will turn into right foot forward and right fist up?

I have DAZ Studio 3 advanced
3.0.1.140

In the Parameters tab, click the small triangle in the upper right corner and choose Symmetry.  Let me know if you need help understanding the options.

Clicking symeetry just opens that Symetry option but then i push accept and nothing happens

I choose the Swap Left right from one of the drop lists, and when i press accept, nothing changes

Here is how to mirror a pose in Daz3d:)

  1. Have the figure you wish to mirror selected
  2. Either navigate to the symmetry button from the Parameters tab or hit Shift+y to bring up the Symmetry options box.
  3. To mirror a full body pose as you described the settings should be as follows:

Nodes: Selected
Propagation: Recursive
Direction: Swap Left and Right
Trunk Nodes: Mirror YIZ rotations

Left node prefix: left;l
Right node prefix: right;r

Transforms: Check the x, y, and z axis boxes

Leave all other boxes unchecked

Happy mirroring :)

Oh, and another thing - if you're mirroring a whole bunch of poses be sure to go to the Preferences tab in the Symmetry box and check "Set preferred options on accept" :) This way you won't have to go about checking and unchecking boxes everytime you mirror a pose:)
