Previously they have always arrived on the 1st, but they are not visible yet?

Hi Anniebel,

The Render Rewards were distributed on the first but you did not receive any for November because after the $18.19 credit issued to you on the 29th of November, you were below the $100 minimum.

But I checked my account on the 30th & on the render rewards section it said I had met the minimum requirements.

I really do not know why it would have said that because you did have a total of $116.94 for the month of November but after the refund of $18.19 on November 29th, it left you with the amount purchased in November was $98.75

So I have lost my double rewards due to a $1.25 discrepancy because the system didn't take the refund into account! That is disappointing, because I could have easy have purchased something if I had known, am feeling a bit ripped off.

I have a question about the rewards..... i didnt want to start a new thread...

If its double rewards, how come I spent more last month than the month before and got 2 dollars extra? Did I miss something?

Hello Lzy724,

The double Render Rewards was for the month of November which means you would have received them on December 1st.

The Render Rewards you are refering to was for the month of Oct which means they were issued Nov 1st.

Your purchase total for the month of Nov was $58.45 so you did not qualify for any Render Rewards for the month of Nov.
