As far as deleting the other order, you can place another order and haveus delete the unpaid one if you'd like. Just email store@renderosity.com with the order # and we will be more than happy to assist you :)

Firefox crashed right after I clicked to pay with paypal. Now can't find a link on my order page to try the payment again. Had similar problem a while ago and submitted site suggestion to place this payment link on the order page. Can you pretty please look into it :) https://www.paypal.com/ipn
Alternatively, can I place another order of the same items from my failed order and try to complete that, while asking for my original failed order to be deleted? Would that just create a mess or is it ok?
At the moment I have to do a paypal "send payment" to payments@renderosity.com then notify store@renderosity.com who will then manually activate the downloads. 8O That's so meh lol This site has a great store dev team, get on it! lol j/k ;)
