Hi ,
I have downloaded all my items from my Order#: 111729125 , except 2 of them when it tells me that i have exceeded the maximum number of allowed downloads. I've made the mistake to start downloading with a downloader manager so I guess that's why I get this message error.
The two items I couldn't download are :
DownloadProduct=52664&ordln_id=4071943
DownloadProduct=67084&ordln_id=4071938
Can you please reset them ?
