Please can you re-set the downloads on this order.  The system seems very slow and now says I have reached the limit.  Never had this problem before.

Hi Kristi,
Sorry to be a pain but could you reset again.  Same thing happened when I tried one of the files.  I killed my antivirus and restarted the PC first.  Seems to be running OK now so not sure what the problem was.  I had other sites live and no problems with any of them.  Anyway a reset would allow me to pull down the whole set.  Many thanks.

Always be sure to have your download accelerator/manager disabled as they do not work with our system.
