To use, you simply click on "Colour Scheme", pick your colour, Click "GO" and then click the "RGB Browser" tab again.
It gives the HEX number, but also for painters, it gives the percentage of paint colour to add to the mix to get that particular colour.
So you might want to post this in the 2D Artist forum too for those who do oil painting.

I wasn't sure which forum to put this link.No instructions given however from what I could work out (basically click everything until something happens. LOL) under the tab "Color Scheme" you can dial your colour, then hit the button "Go" then under the tab "RGB Browser" you can check equivalent colours.
Note colours seen are subject to your PC screen monitor type, etc.
