I just purchased 2 products on order # 111855386. I was able to download the first one: IMPACTS: Seek for V4/A4/G4/Elite (BO_Seek_101688.zip) with no problem.

However, when I tried to download the second product, Office1 (Office1_82391.zip)  your website froze, or something, and I was unable to download. When I restarted my browser, and tried to download it again, I got an error message telling me that "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."

I have NOT exceeded ANY download limit, since your website NEVER allowed me to download it!

Please do whatever it is you need to do so I can download the items I have paid for ASAP.
