I am doing a series featuring male teens, aged group 16 to 18.

could anyone please suggest the best reaslistic 3 D model to use and possibly morph set.

David from Daz is probably your best bet.  RenaPD's High School Years here has some good textures and the head morphs aren't bad either.

There's a free M4 morph for a teenage boy at Poser Addicts..I just got it, looks pretty cool. I'm not really familiar with their products, but I've liked what I've seen so far. There are also a number of very young morphs in the banner at the top, so maybe that will give you an idea. My thinking about using a male character other than M4 is that M4 lovers complain that he's not well enough supported in the marketplace, and there's by far more for m4 than other male characters from what i've seen. So I'd say, depending upon the content you need in terms of clothing and so forth, check out whats available for the character you choose before you begin.

Hi, I did the Alejandro morph at PoserAddicts and I'm glad you like it. I did the freebie just to give everyone an example of what could be done with M4 in lieu of not having a Luke4/David 4; so some of the other items I have available at my store uses the same methods to provide a younger looking M4 (although those are exclusive to Poseraddicts/MPE for a group project). I like poseraddicts because they do have better support for M4/M3/D3/etc. than other sites and the owner's support is really good, feel free to email the site if you have any questions.

I also have a few items for sale here at Rendo that I worked with JSDesigns and Forbidden Whispers as well: Chow M4, Jet M4, Ginny V4, Genny K4, and Jin K4. You can take a look at those items as well as I did all the morphs.

At the suggestion of others, I'm working on a set of teen morphs/textures and I'll see about if I can get them over to Rendo to sell as well. So far I have 5-7 teen morphs done and I'm working through their textures right now and I hope to have at least one or two released by the end of the month (busy with a few other projects as well).

If enough are interested in trying one of the sets I have on Poseraddicts, I can always do a quick sale (had one around Christmas) to give you chance to try one out.

Anyway, here's a WIP morph I made of a black teenager that uses only M4 and is a custom morph: 

I've found that Stephanie works reasonably well for teens (male and female). Clothes might be an issue, though.
