Does DAZ Studio have something like Poser's movie node that allows you to use video clips as textures?

Here is an example rendered in Poser:

No. There's no option to apply a video as such, there are a couple of ways to use image sequences (the Animated Textures plugin, Shader Mixer in DS Advanced, or a hand-written script in any version of DS).
