Subject: Figure obj morph - how to use it?

I always know that it is possible but I did not expect so great effects.

Here you have V4 (left) and M4 (right) obj imported to poser. I loaded K4 obj as morph targets.

Here you have the same meshes with morph targets K4 = -0.5

Last pict shows on the left V4 with M4 + K4 morphs. Both = 0,5. Righ shows M4 with V4 and K4 morphs.

I wonder how to use morphed obj. I've tried to create figure and adjust joints zone, but gave up after first finger. I know that I can export each body part as a prop and load as a morph target, but this kind of morph require readjusting zones as well, moreover export/import each finger part will be terrible.

If there is any way to morph joint zones it would be simple way to create Laura, Luke and superhero characters. I thinks that linear translate of M4 => K4 joints position would work.

to do morphs for smaller figures you do the morph at the scale of the original figure and then scale the result.

The easiest way to adjust the joints in this situation is to use the scale dials.

The best results for what you are trying to do would be obtained by using D|S's figure mixer because it operates on the rigging information in the required way.

The only alternatives are adjusting by hand calculating/editing or a script (none known to exist).

However you get a modified skeleton, you should expect to need to do a lot of tweaking (especially of tricky areas like hands and fingers).

I just seen figure mixer tutorial. Looks promising, but this is advanced option. 150$ is too much for one useful plugin ;)

I think it require not only money but time to learn Daz Studio. Moreover I do not know if mixer works with K4 and accept negative value.

To be honest I did not expect that any easy rigging system is avaliable. I wanted to show you results. Superhero figures looks awesome :) They are worth to spend time adjusting joints zones, if it can be shared. I wonder how people share theirs new character for V4. Are they creating new cr2 file?
