Subject: V4++ the leg twitch

devilfish36000 ( ) posted Sun, 24 April 2011 at 2:51 PM · edited Mon, 22 July 2024 at 4:22 PM

I have downloaded and installed the v4++ morphs, but when I try to use them, they dont work, and all I get is a weird twitch in the left leg

Any way of fixing this?

Thanking you in advance

Hmmm I get the leg twitch but that means it loaded for me.

The morphs are installed when you get the leg twitch (happens to most of us) and then you need to tweak the dials for the morphs you want.

For me, the twitch is ususally because inverse kenetics is on for the legs.

Sorry if this is too elementary, and you already know this, but...

In the main preview window sellect your figure from the pull down menu on the right (the blue #1) and the bodypart from the second pull down menu (the blue #2).

no such thing as too elementary, only got the thing yesterday.

You can also access the body parts for the currently sellected figure from the top of the property pannel.

Now I cant seem to do more than one morph at a time

devilfish36000:

What version of Poser are you using?

Do you mean that you can't load more than one morph at a time?

devilfish36000:

If you put your mouse pointer on a body part and click the right mouse botton (in Poser 8 and PoserPro2010) you will get a dialog box. Put the mouse pointer on the Select line and you will get a box of things to chose. Sometimes you might have to try several times until you see what you want in the selection choices. This is safer than clicking the left button, which can end up moving the figure, even when you do not mean to do so.

This may not work in earlier versions of Poser. I do not remember that, but some one else will.

Online Now!

Did you initialize and update V4?  Weird things happen with it if you don't.

The leg twitch - as noted above - is perfectly normal.  The other things you mentioned aren't.
