The file for ELFIE didn't show up in the list of downloadable files.

Help!

I am very sorry for the inconvenience and have contacted the vendor in order to get a file uploaded ASAP.  Once the file has been uploaded you will be able to see in your VCR when the product was updated.

Thanks for the response. But I don't understand. How was the product released without a file being uploaded? And what's VCR (feeling stupid)?

I am sorry I meant to say "My Account" not VCR.  The file was there when uploaded but something has happened to the file and they are no longer there.  At this time I cannot explain why the files were removed but we will look into it and I am actively working on getting the files back up.  Thank you for your patience.
