Mea culpa.

Due to force of habit, I let my normal download accelerator get its fumbling paws on the products in my last purchase (#112063999) and now have neither said purchased products nor available download attempts remaining.

Could you please reset the downloads?

Your downloads have been reset.  Please try and download the file(s) again.

Also, please be sure to disable any download accelerator/manager as they do not work with our system.
