A few years ago DAz gave this character away for free (about the time they gave away the sarfri aniamls) - Daz site does not have it but have a few morphs for Victoria 2.0 - if this is a free character now where does one download it?

doesn't look like you can get it from daz anymore, they may have discontinued it after giving it away free as you said, if you got it at that time you can redownload it from your daz account.

No not any more. Perhaps you can work with V3 instead.

V3, M3, A3 and H3 are still free, not at DAZ but at Cnet. I guess thats legal and DAZ tolerates it. The link is also posted in their forum in a sticky free stuff thread since a long time. DAZ' website is again offline, so no link :-/.

There're only the base figures, no textures and no morphs.
