Subject: Trouble using Render Rewards

Hello

I placed an order yesterday. The site took my coupon, but kept saying my Render Rewards had expired, even though it was still August.

The date on the order said August.

The clock at the top of the page said August.

I tried it a few times. Copying & pasting. Just kept coming up expired.

Frustrating.

Anyway, please give me a store credit or a refund on my credit card for $6.46.

Tina is off for the weekend and she was waiting on me to get with her on how to handle this and I was sick then had to go out of town for a convention.
