EZSkin has an additional script installed which is called Nodegrabber.
This script allows you to make an XML file which you can then use in EZSkin2 as a Special Effect.
It is in an experimental phase, but it works well. Unfortunately there is no documentation for it (yet). But it is not so difficult to figure out.
Here is what I remember:
You make your blend setup in simple node setup (preferably only with the nodes you need for the blend with image map). Then in the script you select which input node of the blend node is the effect and what type of map the blend is for (diffuse, bump or other)
Then you press the button to create the xml file and you can import it in EZSkin2.
It has been a while so maybe I am missing a step. But with a little experimentation you can get it done
I'll have a look and see if I can figure it out, Thanks

Now that I have that one figured out, is there a way to add a second mask, to the first one? I have one for eye shadow, and I want another one for the blush, but I want to be able to control the color and strength seperately. Thanks

Maybe someone will know how to set it up by hand, there has to be a way to use a blender node or something, at least I hope so :)

By hand it is easy. Just use the output of the first blender as input of the second blender. The output of the first blender node is like a new texture where you put the second effect on.
Automating it with different combinations is a challenge
If you want to see very complex ones of this method. Go to ShareCG and look for red_viper. He has easyshader3. This one adds scatter, wet skin, tanliines, blushes, soap and other things together.
Going to go look for red viper, I messed around for awhile last night and your right, I can't figure out how to control them seperately. Thanks

Any help is much appreciated. :)
