Could you help me at this. I applied the 10% deduction for purchases over $20 and then I applied my render rewards for $6.19, which apparently went through because I have no render rewards left now.

Grand total was $22.47.

But the price next to my paid order now is $28.66

Hi,

Your order total was 31.85 then the coupon (10%)  brought the order down to 28.66, your render rewards were applied to this total owing of 28.66 which was 6.19 and that brough the total charged to your credit as 22.47

Thanks. I thought it should be that also, but when I went to look at this order, the amount charged is stated as $28.66 for the purchase today. Any idea what is going on, and if this amount has been charged to my CC?

That is just the subtotal of the order after the coupon discount, that isn't showing the forms of payments such as render rewards, credit card, etc.

If you are looking on your MY ACCOUNT page on that order if you look in the top right corner it breaks down payment methods so you see your render rewards was used and your credit card was charged 22.47 as it should have been
