Could someone please point me toward the DAZ4.6 log file.I have a duplicate ID script and need to find its name

Under the main menu:

      Help -> Troubleshooting -> View Log File...

Default path on hard drive (replace [User Name] with your user name):

     C:Users[User Name]AppDataRoamingDAZ 3DStudio4

At least on Windows 8.

The info you're looking for will be at the end if you check it immediately after you load the object and acknowledge the duplicate ID error.  I get it from some of my props and morphs.  Haven't gotten around to tracking them all down. :)

this one comes up before 4.6 starts.

I read the log my word it goes on for evey like a never ending story.

Odd that it would come up before Daz finishes starting unless you have it loading a default scene.  Also, you can do a text search for "duplicate" to help find the lines.  The log file is a bit wordy.

As the main scene comes up after the lessons start screen the geneses figure is in the back ground is when the duplicate ID comes upto be more to the point.I am going to do the search and will let you all know.

This is what it says in the log looking for (duplicate)

Did you update Genessi Starter Essentials when you updated DS, assuming this is an update?
