It sounds like the message that shows there have been too many download attempts on a specific file. A support person at Renderosity has reset your downloads so you can try again. I am able to download the file just fine. If it were a zip file issue, you could still download but would not be able to open it without an error message. Also, please be careful to not double click on the download link. If you continue to have problems, please take a screen shot of the error message and send to store@renderosity.com for support.
Itried again a few hours later and the download worked fine.
I agree that it looked like the download got interrupted before it dould finish, like a server connection was dropped. I have Verizon FIOS with the speed enhancement and a zip file download normally takes about 3 to 5 seconds, so maybe on account of the load, the server couldn't keep up.

I am getting repeated errors trying to download product RP_Kazumi_02_145954. Error message is unable to access file. Please contact system administrator. It comes up about 70% of the way through the download. I have downloaded hundreds of products here on this system Mac OS, latext version of Firefox. Seems to be bad zip file on your server.
