Have you installed SR2.2.

All the best.

It's You!, You have all the weapons you need., Now Fight!
Nope...the SR 2.2 did not fix the problem. Still happens. Add a hand preset and the figure twitches and facial and shoulder morphs that are set, jump and multiply their affects. It's just weird. Uninstall the 2.1 and 2.2 updaters and the problem goes away. Again, the morphs have to be turned on and these are morphs from the ++ Vic4 and Mike4 figures...nothing new that I've created myself. Eye size and eyebrows seem to be the one that spazzes out the most.
Am I the only one here??????
Quote - My assumption is that this is more a display issue
After a test i agree with you, still looks kinda weird :-)
Unfortunately I cant replicate the original posters issue, I do recall some problem with hand poses in a early incarnation of PP2014 but cant remember now what it was.
Dials to Single Morph breaks the movement dials of the middle 2 fingers and the neck in the DAZ Gen4 figures. Phil is looking into it.
The effect does hit the shoulders...but also the eye size and the eyebrows. I've talked with Nerd3D about it...and when I get time I'll post some more information. I think the problem is all inter-related phenomenon. I will run a check to see if it's render or display related. Thanks for all the input.
I have run the checks that Nerd3D asked me to make and have determined the following updated information on the problem:
The glitch occurs only with addition of a hand preset to the LEFT hand. Right does not seem to cause any problems.
The glitch is display oriented. Switching cameras eliminates the displayed glitch and also it does appear in rendered image despite being visible still in display window.
Correcting previous post...the rendered image DOES NOT display the visible glitch in the figure's appearance. So even if the figure looks weird, when you render, it will look fine. So far it's apparent that the problem is display oriented but after talking with Nerd3D again, we've also figured out it's NOT a certain graphics card or computer setup that's responsible. Smith Micro is aware of the problem but are apparently having trouble replicating the issue in order to determine the cause...and of course then a fix.
If anyone else notices something new in regards to this, please post your problem along with detailed computer and software information. Discovering the common denominator here will be helpful in finding the cause and then a solution to the issue.
You could create a partial pose that is just a hand (save as a pose) and then compare that to a hand file and if the hand file is getting weird and the partial pose is not, then there is something up with how Poser is handling the hand files.
IK on used to do weird things with hand poses where one hand wouldn't apply properly, I think it might have been the left. Maybe that's still the case?

I just installed the SR2 and now when I click a hand preset to add to an M4 or V4 figure, the figure's morphs go wonky. It seems to be mostly eyes, brows and shoulders. It's as if the morphs, which are set, get magnified or multiplied by the adding of the hand preset. Never seen this before. You can UNDO and it will remove the hand preset as well as the morph wonkiness [it's a word...maybe]. I've also noticed you can add a hand preset...then another...and the second one doesn't seem to add to the problem. So if you UNDO then...it removes the wonk and yet the first hand setting remains. It's a work-around if you're having similar issues as me.
I got so annoyed, I reinstalled PoserPro2014 base and then the SR1. Now things are back to working normally again.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen before I bother reporting the bug.
