Subject: Not loading ogjects

All my content is still sitting in the runtime of my old Poser 7 instalation. Even my favorites are copies of the shortcuts from the  P7 runtime. Whenever I try to load an object or previous work, PP14 can't find it, and looks in it's own library, not teh p7. I loaded the P7 runtime as a new library but it's showing up as empty. What am I doing wrong?

'Objects', are you saying OBJs, lightwave or pp2s?

If PP2 then the Poser library gives you the option to associate the  P7 library. Look at that option f you have not removed the p7 lib. Add Library.

It's all kinds of different files, geometies, deltas.... I've added the P7 library, but it only shows up as an empty folder.

How do I associate the P7 library?

I suspect this may be where the problem lies - it seems that Poser isn't seeing your P7 runtime. When adding a runtime, you should actually select the folder that contains the runtime, not the runtime itself. In your case, that would be the Poser 7 folder.

That worked! Thank you very much.
