Hi i have for some reason got a problem with my chronicle texture files on my mac, the file is saying alias, so god knows what i have done i am trying to redownload so i can fix it,but i cant for some reason is it because i need it reset maybe? thanks for any help you can offer ..

Hello,

All of your downloads on your account have been reset.  Please make sure you are not running a download manager on your system.
