Subject: Duf files< can those be used just in D|S 4.6?

I now see in Ds 4.6 that the material files can be saved as duf files..

Will those files just work in Daz Stduio 4.6??

DS4.0 used .dsf which is broadly the same as .duf but uses an earlier version of the DSON format and won't, at all as far as I know and certainly not reliably, read the newer version even if you change the extension. I think very early versions still saved .daz scene files instead.
