Subject: New User Can't Figure Out How to Download Purchases

Sorry to bother, but I cannot figure out how to download my purchases. I can find the purchase order (all items listed as download pending) and the item list with links to the products, but that's it. The FAQ explanation is old and does not appear to be correct. Thanks for helping a newbie.

Hello,

The reason they are saying "pending" is because this is your first time order with Renderosity. 

I have sent you a email to let you know how to proceed.
