Subject: Previously Purchased Items not registering

I was suspicious this was happening recently on orders as Items I thought I had previously purchased were not showing as purchased, nor being rejected by the cart.  I have confirmed today that a large number of items I have previously purchased are in fact not being recognized as such by your marketplace.  They are showing as un-purchased, and the store is allowing me to add them to the cart and  not throwing any errors.  Today I have confirmed the following previously purchased items affected so far:

RT M4 Officers and Gentlemen

I am 100% sure of other products affected as well.  More importantly, while I did find these in my product history, there were recently items I was certain I had purchased that I could not verify in my product history, and this gives me great concerned as I now am suspicious that not only might items might be showing up as unpurchased, but items may have vanished from my purchase history (especially having read other threads reporting exactly that in recent months).

I am now very concerned I may have made duplicate purchases, and am at risk of such again, as well as at risk of losing access to purchased items due to a bug.  Please investigate these issues with diligence.

Hi. I checked and you purchased all of those items listed while they were featured as a bundle on the sidebar. Items purchased in a bundle or that are currently in a bundle do not show up as unavailable to you, or as already purchased as some buyers still want the ability to purchase a bundle even if they have previously purchased one or two of the items in it. This is done as designed and is working properly. If you would like to check that purchase it was made on April 1st 2013. :) You will see all were part of a bundle package.

Other items I had purchased from Renapd that were not in bundles are also showing up as not purchased - from what I can tell, all of them.

Hi,

I just went through all your purchases of renapd's items and the only ones showing the "add to cart" button is the ones you listed in the original post that Jenn let you know were from bundles. All the other items you purchased from her if you click on the title that goes to the product page shows the green button that says "PURCHASED" rather than "ADD TO CART" so they are all showing purchased as they should and there is no add to cart button on the product pages for them so it's all working as it should.

Except, at the time I posted this, they were not showing as purchased, none of my purchases from renapd were.  Though they seem fixed now, I am almost positive I had previously purchased the Mountain Men for M2/M3 a while ago (when I was stocking up on M3 content) though I purchased it again as I could not find it in my purchase history.  I am still searching my email invoices as I have far too many to go through (and Yahoo's search feature is garbage so I have to review each one manually).

Nothing changed from the 7th when you posted to the 8th when I responded The "purchased" function has been working as intended since it was implemented, nothing has changed with that at all. The only ones that it won't show that way are the ones purchased in a bundle as Jenn explained earlier in this thread but on the 7th when you posted they would've showed the same thing I saw when I checked on the 8th as we made no changes at all to that functionality

 I have just had a similar thing happen, as I have today purchased

Flinks Instant Meadow 2 - Winter 5

Flinks Winter Trees

Flinks Conifer 2 

I was able to purchase these items as they were purchased in a bundle on 28th October and they didn't show up as already purchased.

Am I able to get a refund on these items, and if so, what do I need to do?
