I get this error once and a while and would really like to know how to fix it.

I have this happen with a lot of different content.

Try checking to see if there's an update version. If not, I do have a script that generally fixes the issue in the original asset files, there's a thread for it in the General Freepozitory on the DAZ forums.

Thanks, I'll give that a go. Seems all the clothes I am having issues with from this artiest are in dsf.  I assumed that if it was clothes for genesis/G2 they would be in DUF.

Yup, that script fixes the issue; namely scenes not opening in carrara that hit this error in Studio.

Well at least I wont have to go through and delete out all those dsf clothes. This artist has a big selection of street and period clothes I'd hate to have to give up.

A lot of Wendy's early Genesis stuff is probably still in the JSON format from DS4.0, which is why the user files are DSF, we didn't start using DUF and DSON until DS4.5 was released.

Not a problem with the easy fix script Richard linked me to. The problem I am having now is the nonexistent falloff zones on skirts. I'm sure I can fix it in Studio, but I need to learn how to do it lol I can do weight mapping in carrara but I haven't learned Studios yet

I want to use these clothes, it's a great selection of street and period clothes DAZ just can't match. If it takes a little extra effort on my part to use them well, it's not a problem out side of learning to use the tools.

I use Studio to stage figures for use in Carrara 8.5. This error guarantees the scene wont open in carrara.
