Subject: strange behavor from mat labrary

ghostship2 ( ) posted Thu, 20 November 2014 at 5:51 PM · edited Fri, 12 July 2024 at 10:37 PM

Materials that I ALWAYS use for my eye textures now have the trans maps plugged into the ambient. This is from a fresh load of the texture. This is on mat library files that I made and use all the time so I definitely  know something funny is going on. Anybody getting this kind of stuff going on?

the strangeness continues. Looking at the other textures that I have loaded for the eye parts I have found nodes that are disconnected.....why? This is a very strange and specific bug if it is a bug.

 No I can't spell.

Also noticed that the automatic "gamma at 1.0" that the new version applies to trans maps is also applying to color maps and making stuff look washed out.

SR5 fixes this.
