Subject: Something wrong with Grab Bag offer

I think there maybe something not quite working right in the Spring Fling Grab Bag offer. I placed an order, number 112694608 and received Razor Rider Hotel Room - Extended License as my free gift. I have looked at the offer page and clicked refresh many times but I am unable to see this item as one of the possible free items.

Hello,

You can use this product just as you would a non extended licensed product.

The vendor did submit this for the grab bag so everything is working as it should:)

I was about to write in on the same thing.  I already have the regular version and the extended version is the exact same thing, just with a slightly modified license.  It would be great if I hadn't already paid for this product, but as it is, I'd really rather swap it out for an actual product that I don't already have.

If you all would please write to store@renderosity.com I'm sure we can get this resolved for you both since technically you got an item you already purchased but because they are listed as two separate product id's the system can't distinguish that but we'd be happy to assist you with this.
