hey! congrats to those that received P10!! i tried my hand at it in hopes of possibly being able to get out of P6, but only received 40% off, and like angreif said above, find it to be utterly worthless, esp. with the terms set up for its use, but no biggie since i've no wishlist here any longer. [i] wish i could pass it along to someone who could find a use for it... sigh.
**How to induce manic-depressive feelings in a person in less than 10 minutes ** Here's a copy of the email I sent to store@renderosity.com last night:
_Imagine my surprise to find that I had won a free copy of Poser 10. Now, imagine my surprise to find that my credit card was immediately charged $149 after properly following the redemption instructions and typing “Poser10Winner” in the applicable coupon box on the order form.
Attached please find screen grabs of my winning notification and my order (not included in this copy of the e-mail). I have not downloaded the “free” program and do not intend to do so until I am notified that your company does not intend to charge my credit card $149 for software that is supposedly free to someone who has won your on-line game.
Additionally, I do not understand why I was required to enter credit card information on the order form in order to place an order for something for which I would not be charged. I did it anyway figuring that this was the only way your company could process and account for a copy of software that had been distributed at no charge. I fully expected the order form to show a zero balance which it did not.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience how you intend to rectify this. I just looked and my credit card statement shows a pending charge of $149.

I believe everyone in this thread who won Poser 10 was able to get that now.
@dogthief I was on store support this weekend and did not get your email to store about paying for your free copy of poser 10. Please send an email to store@renderosity.com with your order number and we will get that corrected for you.
Jenn- Thanks for getting back to me. I will resend the e-mail now that I sent to store@renderosity.com last night. I still have a copy in my Sent folder. Strange that you would not have received the e-mail but I imagine things were pretty hectic this weekend. The order in question is # 112796594. Looking forward to a prompt resolution of this. So I won Poser 10 during my spin on the Take A Spin promotion. I got a code. I was told add Poser 10 to the cart and use the code to recieve my free copy. I have done this but the code does not work. I have till tomorrow night to get this working and I need to know what's up ! Help !
