I am sorry you are having trouble.
When you are having trouble with a product, you will want to contact the vendor through our site mail system and if you do not hear back from them within 3 full business days, please let us know by writing an email with the order number and product so we can try to reach out to the vendor on your behalf.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but I was unsure where to post. In order number 111823418 purchased 9/22/2010 I purchased the character Mavka by smay. I have changed computers and I'm slowly incorporating some of my purchases. Working in multiple programs has forced me to rely on individual product support. Mavka worked in Poser 9 previously but in Poser 11 her hair and clothing will not conform correctly. She works fine in DAZ Studio and Carrara as well. She was originally a Poser only figure. When I have these issues with products purchased through Renderosity should I post here or sitemail the vendor?
