Placed my first order yesterday around 5PM or so. As of this morning the download availability is still pending. Can this be rectified ASAP? Thanks in advance.
As an aside, I think there are probably better ways to go about preventing fraud than what amounts to punishing first time customers. These are digitally-downloaded products, not physically shipped ones. It shouldn't take this long to get access to my purchase. Also it would go a long way if you made this current limitation very clear up front for first time customers before they place their order.
