Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 28 11:20 am)
Try going to Figure>Use Inverse Kinematics & make sure there are no check marks. And if that doesn't work go to Figure> Use Limits & click it to add limits.
Have a creative day!

Your movement is set as splines and sometimes that causes the body part to move further than expected before moving back to where you want it to be. You need to change it to linear. In the animations pallet that you have open, 1 select the frames of the body parts that are causing you trouble and 2 click on the zigzag linear button. Your selection should change to match the color of the button.

I use Poser 13 and win 10
I'll agree with RedPhantom - it's spline interpolation. You have a keyframe at frame 1, then a large gap, then two/three fairly closely spaced keys. That often produces wild motions in the middle of that keyless range. You might go to a frame in the middle of that keyless section (about frame 15?) and make a corrective pose adjustment to the hand; that may smooth out the spline for you.
Poser 12, in feet.
