I am having a hard time finding your payments on paypal, can you please send me an email with the paypal transaction ID numbers so I can verify them and mark your orders as paid?

Hi Kristi, it wasn't paypal i used to pay, it was a card payment n the money has been took from my bank, it's under my husbands name MR D TAYLOR or just Denis Taylor n i was hoping you's might b able to see what happened. The unpaid order you're seeing is because i went and purchased the same thing again thinking i had money in my paypal account. I have no idea whats happened. Hugz Lee xxx
Okay, I was able to manually process order number 112891629 placed on July 16th however I do not see any payment on our gateway for order number 112883898 placed on June 28th.
You wii be able to access order number 112891629 and download your item.
The reason for the error message when trying to place the order is the address showing on our side does not match the address that is on file with your financial institution.
Please be sure the address showing in the fields of the checkout process match what is on file with your financial institution to keep this from happening in the future.
