Subject: Problem with downloading Poser 11 with download manager.

Hello! My purchase number is 112937692. I have installed the download manager, but do not have a serial number and have no way of downloading Poser 11. I don't see any instructions or directions on the product page as to what to do. I see I'm not the only one with this issue. I did a new thread to avoid confusion. Thank you for your kind attention.
