Can I change the font size or the thumbnail size in DS 4.9?

On a Windows system DS will, in the latest versions, respect the system DPI settings (from the desktop Display Settings window - right-click on the desktop to get there). A fully resizeable interface requires a change to a newer version of the Qt framework, as I understand it - this is being worked on but isn't yet complete.
