So, I got an answer elsewhere and thought that I'd share it here in case someone else runs into the same thing. I haven't tested it out yet but it should work.
Poser splits out the morphs and DS doesn't but luckily DS saves them in the data folder and names them 'alias'. Supposedly if I delete all the alias files then that should fix the issue. Fingers crossed.

I have been trying to convert some Poser clothing to Daz Studio format and I keep running into a problem. I convert the clothing, posing and morphs work beautifully then I save it as a figure/support asset.
When I load the clothing in again the body morphs are doubled. It's especially noticeable with any of the morphs that change the figure's height, such as tall and petite but they all do it. This is not a Genesis figure that I'm working with but it does have Triax weight mapping.
What could be causing this?
