I just placed an order and accidentally added Electronic Active Components to the order. i do not use DAZ Studio, so can not use this item. Could I get a credit for this item? it is from order #112999206.

I see the product has been downloaded. After an item is downloaded, the vendor is required to approve the refund. ๐Ÿ˜„ If you could send a sitemail to EdArt3D and ask him to approve a refund, then ask him to send us an email approving that please. Thank you. ๐Ÿ˜„
