Is there any free special software that can do texture of bump,displacement,normal,specific? Thanks.

GIMP can create normal maps. Bump and displacement can be created in ordinary 2D software (like GIMP) by desaturating an image map and modifying contrast. This is more of a quick cheat. High-quality bump and displacement are generally hand created separately from an image.

Crazy Bump can do it. Don't know if it's still available but do net search for "Crazy Bump".

Its not free but i is cheap - Shader mapper and shader mapper pro They are incredibly handy and fast tools to have.
