Subject: Download failing

Order ##113164174 It won't download. It gets to a little below 3 megs and fails. I've never had this before. I could really use these brushes right now, thus the reason I bought them. Can you please look into this as soon as humanely possible? I would be very grateful. I tried it twice by the way, and it failed both times.

I reset your downloads. Are you using a download manager/accelerator? If so disable that and try again.

Thanks, worked perfectly now. And no, I have never used any download managers.
