I did with Carrara terrains. An example (there is a fluid source):
The vertex object must be a closed surface. A way to close is by selecting all mesh in vertex room, adding negative thickness (large enough to avoid overlaps), next deleting the result mesh (now selected). Select a bottom edge and click loop. Finally, fill polygon.

Alvin's new Fluidos plugin for Carrara is pretty cool. I've been thinking of ways to use it with Bryce terrains. Could bring a Bryce terrain in Carrara. See I like Bryce for what it does. If anyone would like to use Bryce for landscapes and then bring them to Carrara, the late great Cripeman has an excellent tutorial. https://youtu.be/5b9c4CW2c18 Ha anyone created a Fluidos container by converting a terrain to a vertex object?
